As a budget traveler, I loved the convenient location of Grids. It is close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The dorm room was comfortable and clean, with spacious beds and a curtain for added privacy. The Taiwanese staff member I encountered was extremely helpful and provided useful guidance and recommendations. I would highly recommend this hostel to Taiwanese travelers, as they will find a friendly and Chinese-speaking staff to assist them.
Felt very much at home, no complaints.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of a bustling shopping street, with easy access to the subway and airport. You can even walk to the train station through an underground walkway. The common room is comfortable, with a cozy lounge area and a fully-equipped kitchen for guests to use. The dormitory beds are spacious and feel like mini rooms, providing ample space and privacy. Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful, offering early check-ins and useful tips for activities.
The rooms are not soundproof, which can be bothersome if you have noisy neighbors.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel & hostel. The staff were super helpful and friendly, no communication issues at all. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. The hotel also provided a helpful English map which was my go-to guide during my visit. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was top-notch, and the sleeping pods were surprisingly spacious. Loved the extra space for the security box and my belongings.
The only downsides were the pillows, which were a bit flat for my liking , and the wifi could be a bit slow during peak hours. , the lift only goes up to the 7th floor, so it was a bit inconvenient to carry a big suitcase up to the 8th floor where my room was located.

I recently stayed at a place in the center of town that was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything but surprisingly quiet. The decor was fresh and simple, giving the place a nice and clean feel. Since it had just opened, everything was sparkling clean. The staff at the bar were fantastic and went out of their way to help me with anything I needed. And the best part? It was incredibly affordable! I will definitely be recommending this place to others!
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. I could easily walk to all the major attractions and it was really convenient for public transportation. The common room was a great place to relax and meet other travelers. The kitchen facilities were top-notch, with everything I needed to cook my own meals.
The room was incredibly small and cramped, with no space to even put my suitcase. , the rule of not being allowed to eat or drink in the room seemed unnecessary, especially for a private room.

The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping streets and various dining options. It also offers spacious and well-ventilated sleeping capsules that provide privacy. the toilets and showers are always clean and the common areas, like the warm and well-equipped kitchen, are a nice place to relax.
The private room for two people felt a bit cramped for movement compared to the wider and more spacious dorm beds.

The hotel's location is superb, situated right in the heart of a bustling shopping street filled with shops, eateries, and entertainment establishments. Guests can easily access various amenities and attractions, such as the nearby Odori Park and Sapporo station. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean and tidy washrooms/showers. The hostel also offers a cozy common area, free coffee and tea, and friendly English-speaking staff.
The pillows provided were quite hard, but this is a minor issue that can be easily resolved by using personal preferences.
